Deck The Halls

I sure am enjoying having my house all decked out for Christmas. This year I went with a black and white theme for my gifts under the tree. Hobby Lobby sells huge rolls for $4.

For some reason when I am sitting in the dinning room this is the view I have from the table and like it.
I was going to use my antique chip clip to hang my Christmas cards on but couldn't find a good place to hang it. So, instead I am using a shutter I leaned against the living room wall.

This is my favorite nativity.

My Jim Shore Santa's are one of my favorite things every Christmas.

Here is my new Christmas cross-stitch for 2009. Boy does it take hours to make and it's small but I love that primitive look.

Love it! Your presents in the black/white...your tree is pretty! Tell me is that raffi?

Love your shutter...I have looked for one at my thrift store but none yet, maybe sooner or later I will see one.

Oh and the cross stitch, I love it and yes I know it takes lots of time...Next time I got to my parents I will have to take a picture of the one I did for my parents...it was a big one and took me so long...like years..lol...but the small and simple ones are the ones I like best. I just recently pulled out my cross stitching stuff to start on it. I don't think my stitchery looks that great compared to ones I see online...you have it going with yours!

Jeni, your house looks all Christmas-y and set for the holiday! My Jim Shores and raffia tree are jealous of yours b/c they're in boxes and storage totes burried in my garage since the house still isn't unpacked and set up!!! ;)
Your box made my day. Love you guys lots! I wish I'd have had the sense to pack my boxes to mail before the move. I found some of yours in a box I opened this morning. Hoping to come across the rest this weekend so I can get it quick fast mailed to you guys!
Love and miss you~ xo L
