I would like to share my memory of how I got this recipe for Eggnog Pie. While living in the close quarters at Wiesbaden Army Airfield, Germany in 2005 one of my many many neighbors shared this. I had only considered her a neighbor and not really a friend. Really late one night, right before Christmas, someone knocked on our door and it was Shelly...standing there holding a whole pie. I thought she was going to ask me where someone else lived. Instead she held out the pie and said she thought I would enjoy this. I was stunned and stuttered Thank You. She knew I liked crafts and usually shared some of my own baked goodies with all the moms that hung out in the front yard we shared. So even though I have never kept in touch with Shelly I do think of her every year at this time.

Eggnog Pie

9" graham cracker crust
vanilla instant pudding
instead of milk use eggnog

Follow the directions on the box of pudding.

More eggnog...I printed the word and framed it.

Tonight Steve is downtown watching the High School Football State Championships ....he met up with the other guys from metro-Atlanta who also tape games for I am sick, my head, eyes and nose ....Madi! But still busy working on some crafts...the kids are helping....we are swimming in poop, yea poop, I will show you when we are done.

What a great story to go along with your yummy pie! Not too long ago Cocoa from Chocolate on my Cranium posted an idea about making french toast with eggnog...Guess what I'll be picking up tonight!

I watched the games on TV...never really liked eggnog but my grandmother made it every year so I might have to make the little sign just for her...

Gotta try this pie too! I love pies so much better than cakes. would have really scratched my head on this one but since I came late and saw the post about the poop...cute! Geat ideas you always have! Would love to see what is on the poop card?

Yum!!! I made eggnog cheesecake last year- and it was good, but this sounds simple and delicious! We did try to the eggnog instead of milk for french toast last week and it was a good replacement!
