Skipping ahead

As much holiday decorating as I do, for some reason I pretty much skip right over St. Patrick's Day, I don't know why. The few things I have I just set out that day....so yesterday I was in the mood to decorate for Easter. We have had some serious spring weather the last 5 days...in the 80's and my kids have been wearing shorts to school. Last week we had our first 'snow day' ever and then yesterday I had to turn on the air conditioner?

This afternoon after the kids finished their homework, Madi asked to watch TV and Ben asked me to sit out back with him. So I opened the french doors to let the fresh air in the house and then I sat on the porch and stitched while talking with Ben who was swinging on the hammock. Boys are so sweet!

Got your email~ I owe you one back tomorrow...I promise! :)
Your Easter decs are cute! I might have to follow suite and get mine out, too.
First I have to finish organizing my pantry and tv cabinet with storage containers and baskets. They're both HUMONGO messes right now!
Aw...that is so sweet that you got that one on one time with Ben. Boys are so darn sweet to their Mommas, aren't they?
Happy day wishes to you and your fam Jeni~ xo Les

Hey girl!
Email me sometime. I didn't realize that you live in my old stomping grounds!
Btw...you don't have an email listed or I would have emailed.

I usually skip right to spring/easter decor too...although we always have a St Patty's Day party so I usually put a couple things out just for the party, but thats it!!

Your Easter things look so pretty!!

Don't you just love those sweet boys?? Can't beat them. And I'm a little jealous of the 80's.

I love your Easter decor! I don't decorate for St. Patrick's Day either, I just get right to Easter instead! I think it's because I'm really ready for spring! :)

That is so fun that you snagged some special time with your son, and so sweet that he asked you to sit with him to talk! :)

I do a few things for St. Paddy's day since I live in Irish Town...hehehe well Dublin Ga that is.

I really don't have that much of Easter so maybe I can get a few things.

Love to see your stitchery when your finish. You know I bought some muslin but have not made anything yet. Don't have a pattern yet. I have to find some.
